Support

Waveworks pro-actively monitor all customer solutions to ensure that where possible any potential faults are identified at the earliest opportunity.

If a fault does occur Wavework's technical support desk will pick up the fault from the network monitoring system and raise a support ticket that advises the customer and initiates an investigation.

Working within the Service Level Agreement the fault will then be managed to a resolution keeping the customer updated on a regular basis. Internal escalation paths ensure that fault resolution times are kept to a minimum. Only when the fault has been accepted as fixed by the customer will the ticket be closed.

Telephone Support

The technical support desk is open 7 days a weeks allowing fast access to a support engineer when required.

Fault Logging Portal

Faults may also be logged via email or where available directly into Waveworks' online support ticketing system.

On-site Engineer

If requested a Waveworks' engineer can attend site to address critical faults or to offer advise on other areas of the network. (Charges may apply)
