At Waveworks our staff pride themselves on delivering a first class service to all customers.
Over the past ten years we have built a resilient core network that spreads across four data centre locations in the UK. Our two main Points of Presence (PoP’s) are located in Manchester Science Park and Docklands, London. Each facility is a carrier class data centre with high speed connectivity into each of our service partners such as BT, Virgin, Abovenet, Cogent, and LINX amongst others.
Our Tier-1 internet connectivity is sourced from some of the largest IP network providers in the world and is specifically designed to provide minimal hop count connectivity to any location in the world. As registered members of RIPE, Waveworks manage and maintain their own IP block and are members of the London Internet Exchange (LINX) where 250 of the world’s largest internet and content providers peer.
Specialist support and proactive network management is delivered 7 days a week through our PrimeCare service ensuring the highest service levels are maintained at all times. Customers are provided with access to a free real-time network monitoring portal providing a transparent view of network performance and availability. Regular service delivery reports are also provided for larger solutions recording Key Performance Indicators, detailed ticket analysis and network capacity planning.
