Network Monitoring

The SecureWAN platform uses SNMP-enabled devices throughout the network core and perimeter to provide a high level of monitoring. This consists of ICMP polling, bandwidth usage, device health and availability, all of which is integrated into the core systems. Information is captured and accessed based on pre-defined rules and thresholds with automated alerts being sent to the Network Operations Centre where applicable. Customers also have access to a secure web interface to view real-time network stats 24/7/365.
