Monitoring
Keep track of your individual connection's bandwidth usage and availabilty with real-time monitoring.
The SecureWAN 21CN platform uses SNMP-enabled devices throughout the network core and perimeter to provide a high level of monitoring. This consists of ICMP polling, bandwidth usage, device health and availability, all of which is integrated into the core systems. Information is captured and accessed based on pre-defined rules and thresholds with automated alerts being sent to the Network Operations Centre where applicable. Customers also have access to a secure web interface to view real-time network stats 24/7/365. If existing customer hardware does not support SNMP, availability monitoring can be provided at remote sites.

All SecureWAN solutions come with secure access to real-time network monitoring via Waveworks' Customer Network Monitoring Portal.

Optional monthly network statistics reporting is available to assist customers in monitoring network usage, trends and service levels. Typically including:
