Tier-1 Multihomed Internet Access

Waveworks provide resilient multihomed Tier-1 internet connectivity via their core data centres, sourced from some of the largest IP network providers in the world and specifically designed to provide minimal hop count connectivity to any location in the world. As registered members of RIPE, Waveworks manage and maintain their own IP block and are members of the London Internet Exchange (LINX) where 250 of the world’s largest internet and content providers peer.

Bandwidths

Choose from flexible Committed Data Rates up to 1Gbps via copper or fibre directly into your core network or co-location environment. All Internet transit connectivity comes with an allocation of static IPv4 addresses, subject to approval, and the option for static or BGP routing. Customers that wish to utilise BGP but lack the knowledge or expertise to mange this in-house can be accommodated with the assistance of Waveworks’ expert network engineers.

MPLS Core Network

Waveworks operate a private MPLS core network spread over two resilient data centres in London and Manchester delivering low latency, high speed throughput. This gigabit backbone is the foundation for Waveworks’ Internet Transit services utilising enterprise grade Cisco equipment to ensure the highest levels of performance and availability are maintained at all times.
