Each data centre interconnects on a resilient MPLS fibre backbone stretching across the UK providing high speed connectivity. As well as delivering superior performance, our hosting services offer reliability, scalability and security all leveraged from an extensive and rigorously engineered IP network. This high capacity, carrier-neutral network provides maximum redundancy and ensures connectivity from end-to-end. Each segment of the network is comprehensively monitored by our NOC 24x7x365 coupled by self-healing procedures to ensure maximum availability and customer satisfaction.

Whether a single server or whole suite Waveworks will provide a co-location service and environment that fits your requirements taking care of all your space, power and IP transit requirements.

Rack Space

Rack space can be provided as 1/4 rack, 1/2 rack, full rack, cage or suite with the full rack, cage and suite available with or without the rack/s. All part or full racks are supplied as lockable units and full rack spaces are available with single or dual power feeds. On-site engineering services are available for remote hands and the installation of inter-rack cable runs.

Customer access to the rack/s is available 24/7 via a strict security identification procedure to protect the data centre and your equipment from unauthorised access.

Server Space

Where on-site access is not required by the customer Waveworks can offer server space in their shared co-location racks. This flexible space is offered on a 'per U' basis with managed port access to transit services. These secure shared racks are only accessible by Waveworks' engineers and are ideal for customers who require hosting for remotely managed servers.
