3G/ADSL2+ Short-term Solution

SecureWAN Rapid Site is a solution that combines 3G and ADSL data services to provide a rapid deployment solution with high-speed connectivity. SecureWAN Rapid Site uses a multi-service device that supports multiple 3G, Bonded ADSL and Ethernet connections. This flexible unit allows data connectivity to be provided to a customer site within 5-10 working days (subject to location), significantly reducing current industry lead times. SecureWAN Rapid site can be delivered as an Internet connection with a range of static IP’s or be integrated into an existing secure network via MPLS, Ethernet or VPN.

3G Only Service

Option 1 - provides single/dual 3G connectivity using 3G USB modems and is compatible with all the major mobile network operators. The service is delivered with pre-installed 3G connectivity providing up to 3Gb usage allowance per channel, per month.

2Mb/2Mb or 4Mb/4Mb ADSL2+ Connectivity with 3G Backup

Option 2 - provides single/dual 3G services pending the delivery of bonded 21CN ADSL2+ (2 or 4 lines) giving up to 4Mb download and 4Mb upload speeds. On delivery of the bonded ADSL service an engineer will attend site to switch the service over to make the ADSL the primary service. The 3G service will then act as an automated failover backup in the event that the primary service suffers a major service outage.

The use of multiple 21CN ADSL2+ lines allows the service to continue to operate even if there is a line fault (albeit at lower bandwidth) as long as at least one line remains usable. The ADSL service operates over a resilient broadband network providing a business-class performance.
